I was seen earlier than my appointment time and was in and out in under five minutes.
Roger Watson (2025-08-29, 1:14 p.m.):
Dr. Patel is absolutely fabulous. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained his approach to treating my condition. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received.
Daniel Diaz (2025-08-28, 5:55 p.m.):
On my third visit, I received wonderful service. Dr. Patel and the front desk staff were all amazing - I couldn't have asked for better care.
Carolyn Sanchez (2025-08-28, 11:56 a.m.):
I must say, I am truly chuffed with the doctor and the team. They really know their onions when it comes to family practice medicine. Cheers to a top-notch experience!
Roger Stewart (2025-08-24, 7:04 a.m.):
The nurse was top-notch with her blood work. I got in ahead of schedule and was out without feeling a thing. A great experience all around!
Doris Butler (2025-08-23, 11:33 p.m.):
Warm, benevolent, accommodating. They were quick to update me in case of a slight delay, though my wait wasn't lengthy.
Bobby Reyes (2025-08-22, 10:23 p.m.):

The front staff were lovely, and the doctor was rather good, I must say.
Brenda Reed (2025-08-18, 8:54 a.m.):
Absolutely top-notch service! The staff is wonderfully coordinated, helpful, and a joy to interact with. We couldn't be more pleased with the doctors we've encountered. Today, we saw a new doctor who left us thoroughly impressed and satisfied.
Joe Gonzalez (2025-08-16, 8:36 a.m.):
I would like to revise my feedback. Originally, I had quite a rough and unacceptable time dealing with the intake paperwork with an Admin who doesn't seem to work at this location. There was an 8-month delay and lack of accountability that initially hindered my care (a far cry from ideal and very stressful). However, to my surprise, my experiences following this have been truly exceptional! Lesley & Brooke are absolute gems! They are efficient, pleasant, and compassionate. Incredibly professional and exceptionally friendly and kind. The doctors (having seen 2 so far) have been equally amazing. It's rare not to feel rushed and not have to chase up referrals or paperwork, everything just flows smoothly (goodbye weeks of playing phone tag). It's a very different system than what I've encountered in the past, and once you get used to booking, it's actually much less challenging than the intake process by a long shot.
Alan Roberts (2025-08-15, 6:57 p.m.):
I've attempted to use this service on two occasions now. The first time, I had to ring up patient support to jog their memory about my appointment, and this second time around, I waited all day within the given time frame of 11am to 6pm only to not receive a call for my appointment.
Karen Lewis (2025-08-13, 1:21 p.m.):
This medical practice is just brilliant. The cheery, welcoming staff make the whole experience so easy and relaxed. Dr. Petel is truly personable and accommodating, a real breath of fresh air.
Susan Walker (2025-08-12, 9:02 a.m.):
A close mate suggested Telemed on Dundas and I'm so chuffed she did. The initial appointment was calming, quick, and beneficial. Can't wait to keep going.

Christina Carter (2025-08-12, 3:45 a.m.):
The doctor provided me with top-notch care, and the team was absolutely fantastic.
Philip Graham (2025-08-07, 9:37 p.m.):
I went and had my blood taken, everything was fine. However, I didn't receive any instructions on applying pressure afterwards. As a result, I ended up with blood running down my arm and onto my shirt. Oops!
Jason Ross (2025-08-06, 6:37 a.m.):
The doctor provided me with excellent care and was extremely pleasant! The staff were fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed my first Telemed experience!
Amelia Thomas (2025-08-02, 10:14 a.m.):
I am absolutely thrilled that I stumbled upon Telemed. The service provided was not only top-notch but also exceptionally friendly. The team displayed a level of care and attentiveness that truly set them apart. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Nathan Parker (2025-08-01, 4:29 a.m.):
I found myself waiting an extra hour to see the physician, but once I finally stepped into the office, I didn't feel hurried. The doctor was incredibly amiable and accommodating with all my inquiries.
Roy Simmons (2025-07-30, 9:52 a.m.):
I tried to schedule an appointment twice, the first one got canceled and I haven't heard anything about the second one. I just need to refill my prescription. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone or call you back.
Roy Allen (2025-07-29, 6:54 a.m.):
I was denied service despite already having a diagnosis and requiring a prescription. One should not be in the healthcare field if a mere runny nose due to a diagnosed sinus infection is intimidating.
