Susan Kim (2025-05-23, 11:46 p.m.):
I 'ave 'ad two different experiences 'ere. My first was a counsellin' session, which was me last years ago. My second experience is where if I could I wouldn't leave any stars, but that is not an option. I 'ad to undergo a Parentin' Capacity assessment while dealin' with Family Court. I only recently was goin' through me court files and decided to read back over the assessment. The assessment deemed me as just above the borderline of bein' intellectually functionin'. It said I did not 'ave PTSD; I did not 'ave ADHD or OCD. 'owever, I did go to a psychiatrist through the Hospital when I was dealin' with Family Court and this assessment and got two very different results than what I did on the parentin' capacity. I also went to another psychologist a year later and got the same results as the psychiatrist from the hospital. I am on medication for ADHD; I am diagnosed with OCD. I also 'ave PTSD and was diagnosed with PTSD before this assessment and by the other two psychiatrists. I am a Domestic Abuse Survivor, I dealt with IPV for almost 2 years on a daily. Physical, psychological, and financial. Then I faced the stress of navigatin' the family court system and the ongoin' trauma from the abuse bein' brought up durin' proceedings. I find it difficult to understand why the assessor did not acknowledge these experiences especially when numerous other medical professionals did. When the conclusions of the assessments were finished, mine was altered once they conducted an assessment on the other parent. This was later as it was never ordered for them to be assessed until mine was already completed. Then, the conclusion was altered in favour of the other parent. This leads me to suspect the possibility of bias in the assessment process. I think you should be lookin' into this, as I feel like this may not be an isolated incident.

The program for infant and child development is truly a godsend. Kendra, our dedicated worker, has been an absolute gem throughout our quest for assistance with my grandchildren's developmental delays. She has truly gone the extra mile for our family, and this program has far surpassed all my initial expectations. I am sincerely thankful to have discovered it.
Bradley Murphy (2025-04-30, 2:50 p.m.):
If I had the chance to give zero stars, I surely would. I've made numerous attempts to seek assistance, only to be met with a frustrating runaround instead of genuine human care. It's becoming increasingly clear where society is headed. Enduring unhelpful service and disrespect can only last for so long. Eventually, the final disappointment becomes unbearable, leading to the decision to part ways for good.
