Oh my goodness, what a brilliant training session that was! It was incredibly valuable and I swear it should be made compulsory for all real estate professionals. They not only dispelled myths that give us a false sense of security, but also shared real-life examples and various tools that could potentially save lives. You receive advice on how to vet unfamiliar clients, cues to observe in body language, self-defense techniques, and much more. Though some of the topics may be quite unsettling to hear about, it's crucial that we delve into these issues thoroughly. In the real world, there's no sugar-coating the risks we encounter, so I truly appreciate that they didn't hold back and kept it very authentic.
