Our sleep situation wasn't too shabby (in our opinion!), but it didn't seem to be getting much better, and our daughter was now 3 years old (we found ourselves having to sit by her side until she drifted off to sleep every night, with my partner eventually spending the nights in her bed). We encountered about two and a half weeks of tough work and challenges, but Jessica's positive and confident reinforcement made all the difference.
