After me first visit, me therapist asked me to book multiple appointments because he be getting booked pretty fast, which obviously he don't.
Expect 'alf of your appointment time to lie on a bed with a heat pad on your back ( I guess your car seat can do that free of charge) with your therapist chatting with his mates.
In all fairness, Jaime, the receptionist, was very polite and professional.

I found my experience with Dr. Sam to be quite disappointing. Throughout our consultation, I felt he was rather condescending and failed to explain the procedures being performed. Instead, he seemed frustrated with me and simply instructed me to lie down. Despite seeking relief for my back pain, I did not experience significant improvement and continue to suffer from the same level of discomfort a week later.
While the younger therapists were competent, I believe that Dr. Sam's demeanor and attitude are concerning.
