Avoid at all costs!!!
This service will conduct a comprehensive assessment with you only to later threaten to report you to CAS! Folks seek out Compass seeking assistance and seeking to better their family circumstances.. however, Compass only adds to the struggles. Additionally, there are no in-person counseling services available beyond Sudbury (areas on the outskirts and neighboring towns are left without options).
I strongly advise against utilizing their services.
Their motives are unclear, they appear indifferent, and our situation remained completely unaffected by their involvement. If it were possible, I would assign 0 stars.
