I must say, this establishment truly left a sour taste in my mouth. Had an appointment booked and then canceled within a mere 24 hours, only to be hit with a full charge of $130! The cancellation policy states that within the first 48 hours, you're looking at a 50% fee, but if you cancel within 24 hours, it's a whopping 100% charge - just a little heads up for you all out there. Absolute scam! No refund in sight, no service provided, and they were not open to rescheduling either. Safe to say, they're not winning any awards for customer service anytime soon.

My sister gave me a birthday gift voucher, and she couldn't stop talking about this place, so I decided to try a 60-minute Indie head massage session with Heather. All I can say is WOW! I think I'm hooked !! hahah. I immediately booked my next appointment with her. Heather was fantastic, knowledgeable, and so friendly. She patiently answered all my queries and explained the process and benefits of the Indie head massage. The massage was incredibly relaxing, soothing, and the aroma of the essential oils was delightful. It was pure bliss. The goal is to align your chakras!! After the session, I felt like I was floating – as strange as it may sound, that's how relaxed my body felt. I can't wait for my next session. Thank you 🙏🏻

Throughout this pandemic, I am truly grateful for the services provided at this medical spa for my well-being. Both my mother and I have found relief from our stress and anxiety issues by utilizing the bio charger. It is incredibly soothing and effective. Personally, I have taken advantage of the massage appointments covered by my work benefits. While working from home has its advantages for safety, it has caused tension in my shoulders and neck, but thanks to Rita, I have found relief. Additionally, I have indulged in a few facial treatments, a luxury I had never treated myself to before. I am immensely grateful to Holly and Hope for their expertise and professionalism. The Venus Heal treatment has also been beneficial in managing an old rotator cuff injury from my time at Ford Motor. The staff at this facility is truly wonderful ❤️ I am looking forward to trying out Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Massage in my next visits ✅✅✅
