My experience with this mental health service was absolutely top-notch. The service was prompt and exceptionally satisfying. I am truly grateful for the support received. Thank you.
Victoria White (2025-06-24, 2:36 a.m.):
Spotless, accommodating, and depending on your reason for visiting, they boast exceptional and knowledgeable personnel.
Albert Simmons (2025-06-22, 3:46 p.m.):
The trustee program is an absolute disgrace, and so are the employees. Tatyana is, without a doubt, the most incompetent worker I have ever come across, and I've been in and out of various care situations since I was just 7 years old—I'm now 23. She lacks any understanding of her role or anything related to being a trustee. She flat-out refused to assist me, and as a result, I find myself without a home because she wouldn't help me move out of my apartment, where my landlord was subjecting me to harassment and abuse, not to mention the severe mold and cockroach infestation that caused me to vomit blood. Tatyana shows no concern for anyone but herself, and she has literally destroyed my life by rendering me homeless, drowning in debt, and devoid of any support due to her refusal to fulfill her responsibilities. If you cross paths with her and she becomes your point of contact, my deepest sympathies go out to you, for she will undoubtedly wreck your life, finances, and stability without a second thought.

All the staff members at this mental health service are absolutely lovely, always ready and keen to assist to the best of their capabilities, and unfailingly polite.
Jason White (2025-06-21, 7:50 a.m.):
The lovely lady at the reception always has a warm smile... And there are some fantastic therapists here as well.
Eric Torres (2025-06-20, 9:18 p.m.):
Watch out for inconsistent services. Be ready to stand up for yourself. The quality and effectiveness of counselors vary.

The agency has its own agenda, and the client is not the top priority. Services may be suddenly cut off. I felt unsafe during a session with a social worker who was biased and judgmental, and lacked the proper tools and training to handle the situation effectively and safely. When I raised the issue with management, it was brushed off.

There are too many conflicting interests at play in the office, and help is not given as it should be. The claim to strengthen families is not true.

I would be cautious about seeking counseling at this agency. While some counselors are good, there are too many restrictions imposed by management on the therapies offered. Basically, you're just a pawn in this office.
Judith Martin (2025-06-19, 12:38 p.m.):
I wholeheartedly endorse the family service. My experience with them was fantastic, and I received a tremendous amount of support.
Daniel Thomas (2025-06-14, 9:53 a.m.):
I must say, this service is not very helpful at all. It's the last place I would recommend for counseling. And can you believe they charge $50 just to have someone listen to you? What a complete joke! Save your time and look elsewhere for support.
Tyler Martinez (2025-06-07, 11:47 p.m.):
Absolutely top-notch service assisting individuals with their mental health needs.
Theresa Johnson (2025-05-29, 2:21 a.m.):
I'd like to give a big shoutout to Riva, my dedicated worker for the past few months. Her caring attitude and professional approach deserve a special mention to her organization. She excels in her role, and I am genuinely thankful for all the support she has provided me on my path to recovery.
