Absolutely awful experience!! I requested to be present in the room with my daughter during her examination, and the lady made a displeased expression and informed me that she would fetch me after the x-rays were taken. However, she never returned to get me and proceeded with the examination without my presence. Additionally, my appointment to fill a cavity was given away because I was unavailable to confirm it. Utterly unprofessional behavior...

She won't be seeing my child again, and certainly won't be working on my teeth. I've visited dentists from Montreal to Ottawa, and it wasn't worth the hour and a half drive. I am currently receiving Disability ODSP benefits due to a severe back injury. During my childhood, I was prescribed Tetracycline at birth, which is not recommended for children of that age as it can permanently damage adult teeth when they come in. As a result, my teeth are decaying to the point where I am unable to chew food, experiencing severe pain, and require the extraction of all my upper teeth. I needed the services of a Denturist to be fitted for dentures before undergoing the necessary surgery to remove my teeth.
Upon visiting a dental office, I was callously turned away simply because of my disability and reliance on ODSP. The receptionist informed me that they had already reached their limit in assisting individuals on ODSP and would not offer any help to disabled persons on ODSP as they had met their "quota." Despite the fact that ODSP only covers less than 50% of the cost of dentures, and I would be responsible for paying the majority, they refused to provide me with assistance. Despite my pleas explaining the urgency of my situation, the pain I was in, and my inability to properly eat at a young age, they showed no compassion. They insisted that they would only consider helping me if I paid for the entire cost of the dentures, despite ODSP's limited coverage. This has left me continuing to suffer in pain, surviving on soups and meal replacements, as I am unable to chew properly due to my decaying teeth at only in my early 30s. It is disheartening to see how this office lacks empathy for those in need and prioritizes profit above all else, even when I am willing to pay over a thousand dollars for their services.
I remain in agony, restricted to soft foods, while the owner of the dental office drives around in their Porsche parked prominently outside, seemingly unaffected by the struggles of individuals like myself. Their indifference and refusal to accommodate those who are less fortunate is truly appalling. I hope that the owner takes note of these concerns and reevaluates their approach towards assisting individuals in need. Instead of focusing solely on maximizing profits, they should consider the impact of their actions on marginalized individuals. I urge others to reconsider visiting this establishment if they have any compassion for individuals facing similar challenges. Dr. Navaneelan, I hope you reflect on the needs of your community and demonstrate a greater sense of empathy towards those struggling with dental health issues.

My goodness, mate, let me tell you about our last visit to the dentist. They completely messed up my lad's mouth after all the dosh we forked out. Everything had to be redone! And then, to top it off, they shaved down my daughter's tooth so much that it cracked instead of just extracting it. None of their work comes with a guarantee, and every time I went back, I had to pay for them to fix up their botched jobs. Can you believe it?
