I've been visiting this dentist for around 4 years now and I must say, it's been an absolutely fantastic experience every time. Quick appointments, they even took out my wisdom teeth with ease; the staff are always so friendly; there's a comfortable waiting area where I can catch up on some work! I've recommended at least 5 people to them.

Warning! The dentist will attempt to upsell you on unnecessary treatments! A group of scammers charging an outrageous $197 for an x-ray of just one tooth! Absolutely absurd!
They give you odd looks when you assert your patient rights. Avoid this practice at all costs, your teeth will thank you.

My goodness, mate, let me tell you about our last visit to the dentist. They completely messed up my lad's mouth after all the dosh we forked out. Everything had to be redone! And then, to top it off, they shaved down my daughter's tooth so much that it cracked instead of just extracting it. None of their work comes with a guarantee, and every time I went back, I had to pay for them to fix up their botched jobs. Can you believe it?

It's getting risky now...

I'm on ODSP and they straight up said that they're giving priority to folks with private insurance because, well, we all know they bring in more cash.

Absolutely vile.

If you're looking to be judged harshly and receive death stares from the staff, look no further! They not only make you feel like the lowest of the low, but they also serve up a side of condescension! And let's not forget about the $80 fee if you cancel within 48 hours... only for them to cancel on YOU while you're already waiting in the office early for your appointment! No apologies either. Save your time and sanity, they clearly prioritize money over patient care.
