This recreation center is absolutely brilliant! Tidy and spotless, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating.
Samantha Morales (2025-08-06, 9:48 a.m.):
Great facilities. The staff could be more upfront with information, but once you dig a little deeper, it's all good fun!
Janet Edwards (2025-08-05, 2:46 p.m.):
The bistro is absolutely smashing! Top-notch fresh baked goodies and scrumptious paninis.
Arthur Stewart (2025-08-05, 12:12 p.m.):
Lovely structure, but could use some improvements on the parking situation. The free little library here is a wonderful touch, especially during the winter months.
Samantha Fisher (2025-08-04, 6:59 a.m.):
The staff be mostly great but can be a bit rude sometimes, overall it's a fantastic place!
Carolyn Cruz (2025-08-01, 2:56 p.m.):
I must say, the experience of getting my first Covid shot at the Summit Centre was quite impressive! It's been so many years since I last visited, back when it might have been called the Huntsville Arena - if memory serves me right! The Covid protocols were all strictly followed, and I truly appreciate the attention to safety.

Everyone involved in the process was so kind and patient with me. My curiosity about the vaccine was met with detailed explanations, which really helped me feel informed and confident about the whole procedure. I feel incredibly grateful to have received my first dose and look forward to the second one in a few months - fingers crossed!

Thank goodness it wasn't the AstraZeneca vaccine! I'm feeling good and fortunate to be on my way to full vaccination. The Summit Centre has truly evolved since my teenage years; I even heard they have a swimming pool now! What an incredible facility for sports and leisure activities.

Despite being there for my Covid shot, I couldn't help but notice how remarkable the place is. I'm proud to see the improvements in my hometown after returning 30 years later. Huntsville has truly transformed, and I can't wait to explore all the changes and enhancements that have taken place. I am proud to call Huntsville my hometown! ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love taking hydro-rider lessons at the recreation center. The water fitness classes are truly amazing!
Austin Lewis (2025-07-30, 5:10 a.m.):
I absolutely adore going to this place for the preschool swim sessions. For just $3.05, you and your little one can enjoy an hour in the pool. The water is usually just the right temperature, although occasionally it can be a tad chilly or too warm. They also offer excellent swimming lessons. Plus, there is ample parking available.
Bobby Moore (2025-07-28, 12:13 a.m.):
I recently attended a Snoop Dogg concert at the recreation center and it was amazing, despite some hiccups with the promoter. However, I must say that this experience does not reflect the overall quality of the center. It's a fantastic place to visit with lots of great activities and amenities!
Steven Ortiz (2025-07-27, 12:24 a.m.):
This recreation center is a fantastic spot, super friendly and incredibly accommodating. I had a blast and really appreciated all the help. Big thanks to everyone involved! :-) :-)
Chloe Wright (2025-07-26, 6:14 p.m.):
What a spot! If only Haliburton, Ontario could be so fortunate to have one of these. I am certain we would all take advantage of it. It's a pity that we have to travel elsewhere to teach our children how to swim. Come on, Haliburton, we really need this here. Just think about the money we spend on gas, meals, and the expenses just to go for a swim. I'm positive we would all appreciate having such a facility nearby.
Nancy Fisher (2025-07-24, 9:21 p.m.):
I had a splendid time engaging in some training at the indoor track.
Patrick Walker (2025-07-22, 12:59 a.m.):
Fantastic spot for hosting hockey and lacrosse tournaments! The only downside is the parking situation, so I recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Roger Bailey (2025-07-19, 6:10 p.m.):

What a brilliant spot! I was there for the Ironman race last July and it was fantastic to have an indoor spot to grab some food and relax after the race.
Pamela Lewis (2025-07-16, 7:39 p.m.):
I had no idea the G8 summit was held here! It's been transformed into a community center now, located near the Lion lookout. Such a fascinating place to visit and explore.
Anthony Adams (2025-07-15, 10:21 a.m.):
