I attended their complimentary professional training workshop for a day. The two instructors were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and encouraged us to strive for our highest potential. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired to keep up with my meditation practice. This is a fantastic organization that supports those in the helping profession! Thank you for a day full of education, meditation, and mindfulness connection.

During the initial three days of 2016, a cozy gathering of individuals found themselves situated in a delightful chamber, blessed with windows offering a splendid view of the city center. The ambiance within the room exuded a sense of tranquility and had evidently witnessed numerous instances of restoration. This environment fostered a profound sense of focus, making it effortlessly conducive for our meditation sessions guided by the astute Katherine. Our schedule entailed alternating between seated contemplation and walking meditation from 9:30 am to 12 noon, and then from 1 pm to 4 pm. Each meditation session consisted of 40 minutes of seated practice followed by 20 minutes of walking meditation. A leisurely hour-long break was granted for lunch between 12 pm and 1 pm. At 2:40 pm, we engaged in a delightful 'tea and cookies' meditation session. It was truly a remarkable way to commence the year. I wholeheartedly encourage others to partake in this enriching experience of embracing the present moment alongside wonderful companions.

I penned down a review some time back following a somewhat less than satisfactory encounter; nonetheless, subsequent to that, Dr. Kelly got in touch with me and really made an effort to assist. He aided me in carrying out a diagnosis and directed me to other experts who could potentially aid me (instead of flatly rejecting me on the grounds of potential issues without offering a diagnosis or further referrals). I appreciate Dr. Kelly's proactive approach.

I was seen by a RN without a degree in psychology, and was asked to rate them on their iPad after the session. After reading it, all I can say is, very unprofessional... not for me.

I am not fond of the comments from individuals, they are not satisfactory. I will not be scheduling an appointment here due to the negative atmosphere. I do not mind investing money, but I do expect positive outcomes. Mental health is a serious matter. It does not seem like this is a beneficial establishment.

He initiated a guided meditation session, followed by an explanation of the sleep cycle, tips for improving sleep quality, and the benefits of incorporating meditation into one's routine for better sleep. His expertise shone through, and he exhibited a tranquil, gentle, approachable, and witty demeanor while delivering his presentation and addressing inquiries.
