When I moved back home from school, I was searching for a new physical therapist for around 2.5 years before I met Dave through a mutual connection. I had an annoying clicking shoulder issue that stumped physical therapists and was never addressed in any sessions. Dave was able to, by the end of my first session, find the root of the problem and fix the click. Although it still flares up today, his sessions help ease the issue. Whether you’re looking for someone to help with a sports injury, tight muscles from sitting all day, or just need a body tune-up, Dave and his team are the best! He is a professional and listens to what your concerns are and addresses them; he truly cares about his clients.

His new facility is very clean and bright. Everyone there is super friendly. No matter if you’re going in for therapy or working out, you’re in great hands.

Chelsea generously invited me to a personalized fitness class to test out their gym, which is impeccably designed and fully equipped with the latest gear. Dealing with a recent re-injury to a torn bicep tendon, I received an exceptional massage from Dave at FST. It wasn't just any massage! Dave skillfully addressed my tight neck and shoulder muscles while focusing on my tendon to alleviate pain. He even sent me instructional videos featuring daily exercises to help strengthen my shoulder muscles. Having undergone numerous surgeries and spent countless hours with physiotherapists and massage therapists in the past, I can confidently say that FST surpasses any other facility in terms of quality and service. The powerlifting training sessions are a real challenge, no room for excuses, but also incredibly motivating and dare I say, even fun? (Is "fun" even a thing when you're lifting heavy weights?)

Dr. Vicky West 'as been my go to chiro for years and is just the best, mate! She is so informative and really gets into the why of what you're feeling. She gives practical and applicable remedies/solutions to not only make you feel your best after a treatment, but for the long term, as well. 'Er knowledge of 'er craft is so impressive and yet, she's always upgrading 'er skills to bring 'er clients the latest & up to date practices. Go see 'er! You won't regret it, mate! Cheers!
