He played a vital role in my recovery and leg strengthening post a knee injury. Not only did he devise effective routines for enhancing my strength and balance, but he also guided me in such a way that I no longer needed a cane to walk. Dealing with plantar fasciitis since 2006 had been quite a challenge for me. However, Guy designed an excellent exercise regimen that not only aided my recovery from both conditions but also left me thoroughly impressed with his expertise and motivational support.
