I just can't recommend this place enough, mate! After goin' through three surgeries in as many years, the doc basically said I'd have to just tough it out with the pain. But then I found Yolla at Peach and mate, she completely turned my life 'round. No more pain, can walk 'n work without any hassle. She was so patient with me, an absolute legend of a physiotherapist. I'd recommend her 1000%!!!

Peach Physio has been incredibly valuable in my journey during pregnancy and as a new mother. I initially started physiotherapy during pregnancy, and also joined the Stroller Strides group when my baby was 3 months old. Kyla did an amazing job leading the group of moms and babies. There were various exercises and modifications tailored to each individual's needs. Kyla ensured that we understood the exercises and provided adjustments when necessary. Many of these exercises can also be done at home. I was so impressed after the first class that I immediately enrolled in the upcoming sessions starting in the new year. I highly recommend Peach Physio!

Update - March 31, 2025. I returned after carpal tunnel surgery. Yolla assisted me in regaining all my flexibility and mobility, and taught me numerous techniques to aid in rebuilding my strength. I'll be back in June after my next surgery. Thank you once more, Peach!
