I initially started physiotherapy during pregnancy, and also joined the Stroller Strides group when my baby was 3 months old. Kyla did an amazing job leading the group of moms and babies. There were various exercises and modifications tailored to each individual's needs. Kyla ensured that we understood the exercises and provided adjustments when necessary. Many of these exercises can also be done at home. I was so impressed after the first class that I immediately enrolled in the upcoming sessions starting in the new year.
