Hey guys, just wanted to give a shoutout to Mandi and the awesome resolution team - they're truly top-notch! I first came to resolution about 8 years back after a rough football injury where I tore my ACL, LCL, and meniscus. They worked wonders and got me back on my feet, allowing me to pursue my passions once more. Fast forward to today, I faced a similar challenge after tearing my ACL while skiing. Within just 2 days, Mandi and her crew had my swelling under control and my range of motion almost fully restored. Now, as a firefighter, I pushed through my physio exercises and received the right treatment at resolution, enabling me to return to active duty with a knee brace in just 4 weeks. Mandi and her team of physiotherapists are absolute lifesavers - I wouldn't have made it without their expertise and support. Thanks to resolution, I'm back at my dream job, stronger than ever!

Fantastic spot with a lovely team. My fresh physical therapist Matt has been sensational! He's patient and really listens, plus he's very considerate and professional. I do say, I have a hankering to pen down a few words about Resolution Physio. The chaps there are ever so friendly, but what really stands out to me is the fact that I never feel hurried when I speak of my back troubles. They always take the time to pinpoint where the pain is stemming from and elucidate the treatment process as they carry on. After being informed by numerous doctors that the only recourse for my back issues would be "pain management," Resolution Physio actually instilled in me the belief that improvement was possible. They guided me to a place where I no longer require painkillers to cope with the discomfort. IMS has truly been a tremendous help, along with the exercises and stretches I have learned. The entire team is simply splendid and has performed admirably, both before and during the Covid situation.

She even had my husband and me practice various labor positions, which I know will come in handy when the time comes. As someone who had never been to physiotherapy before, I was unsure of what to expect. However, the experience was wonderful. Carolyn was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle, and kind, which made the entire experience very pleasant.
I particularly liked that they recorded the exercises and emailed them to me, allowing me to continue my healing process at home. This made a significant difference in my recovery.
