I received a massage from Chloe, and she did a fantastic job. The front desk lady was also great. However, I felt that the cleanliness and sanitation could have been better. During the massage, my arms started itching, and the discomfort lingered even after I left. While RMT Chloe was skilled, the issues with cleanliness and sanitation are concerning. Disappointed with my visit. Back in June, I called and specifically inquired if they stocked a particular type of insole that I currently use. As I was leaving Ontario in a hurry, I didn't have the time to go through the fitting process for a different insole. They assured me over the phone that they carried the insoles I requested and advised me to schedule an appointment. I double-checked if they had the Superfeet insoles, to which they confirmed. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that they did not actually have the insoles I was looking for. I should have left at that point, but I was taken aback and somewhat shocked after making the effort to get to their location. While the evaluator was professional and deserving of reimbursement for their time, I was frustrated by the bait-and-switch tactic. I contemplated making the most of the situation, but ultimately realized it was not what I had hoped for and left feeling misled. I'm awarding 2 stars recognizing the evaluator's competence, but the overall experience of being misled and spending over $60 for my troubles was too vexing to overlook.

I had been struggling with persistent lower back pain for more than 2 years. After finally undergoing an MRI, I was informed that the issue was a torn disc in my lower back, for which I had been undergoing treatment without much success. Realizing that the initial treatment was not solving the problem, I decided to seek a second opinion. That's when I crossed paths with Dr. Adam Murphy, who guided me through a series of exercises and stretches. He determined that the source of my pain was not the disc, but rather a muscle in my hip. Through a combination of methods including stretching, acupuncture, and chiropractic care, Dr. Murphy delivered results and set me on the path to recovery. I am incredibly grateful to him for his expertise and support.

I must admit I was a first-timer here, but I impulsively booked a massage with Alisha. She was absolutely amazing! She really paid attention to me during our conversation about my background and how I got to where I am now, and she provided excellent care for my body. Alisha had a light-hearted and enjoyable demeanor, yet she approached her work with seriousness and responsiveness to my feedback.
I can genuinely say that I have never experienced a head-to-toe massage that addressed all my issues and tensions. I am certain that I will have a fantastic night's sleep tonight, and I am already planning to schedule another appointment with Alisha before the year ends!
