I was looking forward to updating this review, but my experience with vision therapy at the Guelph location was quite challenging from the start. To offer some guidance to fellow readers, I recommend thoroughly reviewing their Service Agreement before committing. I paid $3800 for 24 weeks in advance, however, after feeling uneasy following my initial visit, I decided to cancel within 24 hours. Despite this, I was still billed an "Equipment and Technology Fee". I had hoped for a more adaptable program and payment arrangement.

I first learned about Vue3 when a parent brought their child for vision therapy and suggested that my child might benefit from it as well. My son, who was struggling in first grade with behaviors resembling ADHD, was assessed by Dr. Quaid. To my surprise, Dr. Quaid identified retained primitive reflexes (a new concept to me) that needed addressing before beginning vision therapy. Over a period of approximately 12 months (slightly shortened due to COVID closures), my son underwent therapy and had three follow-up appointments with Dr. Quaid every six months after completion. I am thrilled to report that my son no longer requires vision therapy! I am extremely thankful for the care provided by Dr. Quaid and the Vue Cubed team for improving my son's visual health. I must admit, I've never felt more swindled and deceived by a company like this one. We were charged $550 for two in-office appointments, only to be told information we already knew. And to add insult to injury, we were then pushed to purchase glasses that we were instructed to get, only to have an "online meeting" with Mandy who was at home, with animals barking and kids interrupting, all while we were expecting a professional interaction - far from it.
The moment when we realized we had been completely misled, all while being lured into this seemingly hopeful situation - I eventually had to interrupt Mandy's continuous chatter to cut to the chase... HOW MUCH for therapy to assist our child. The therapy proposal came to over $8000, coupled with weekly 45-minute appointments for almost a year. I have no issue going the extra mile for our child's vision correction, but this establishment pulls you in without providing ALL the necessary information upfront. I would never have paid $550 and purchased glasses if I had known this would be their "proposal".
I am utterly appalled. My advice is to ensure you receive FULL DISCLOSURE before proceeding with any services, especially regarding all costs involved. Additionally, it's wise to explore other specialists to compare what they offer.
I feel completely duped and taken advantage of.
