The receptionist's refusal to reschedule my daughter's appointment without the imposition of the cancellation fee before abruptly hanging up displayed a remarkable lack of respect and professionalism. I provided a special frame for safety glasses to have lenses put in, it was supposed to be ready within a week, BUT THEY MISPLACED THE FRAME 😲 and only informed me when I reached out after 3 weeks. They refunded me to order another frame, assuring me it would be ready in 3 days... which turned out to be false. Now they are claiming it will take even longer. 😡😡😡😡😡
