David Watson (2025-04-20, 3:03 p.m.):
I must say, the CMHA did pull the wool over my eyes when it came to providing housing for one of their clients. They spun me a yarn about the tenant being a studious non-smoker who cherished some peace and quiet in their living space. But oh, what a load of codswallop that turned out to be! The tenant was grappling with mental health issues, not a student at all, and had a fondness for puffing on both crack and cigarettes within the walls of the unit. To top it off, they were sharing the premises with several rough sleepers.

I've found this whole ordeal to be jolly challenging, and I must say, I'm quite miffed by the conduct of the CMHA. Being a century-old organization, one would expect them to uphold lofty standards of ethics and responsibility. Instead, they palmed me off with a troublesome tenant under false pretenses. It's an absolute disgrace, and I firmly believe that the association ought to be held accountable for their actions.
