Fantastic team and a highly effective community health centre.
Teresa Wilson (2025-07-31, 2:19 p.m.):
The staff and doctor at this community health centre are simply marvelous.
Julie Parker (2025-07-30, 2:28 p.m.):
Absolutely disgraceful excuse for a "hospital". Spare yourself the trouble and head to a genuine hospital! My lad came in with intense belly pain, and he's tough as nails. He's had numerous surgeries and fractures, but this is the worst I've seen him. The doc just sent him packing, saying to return if things didn't improve in 48 hours!!! No blood tests, no ultrasound, ZILCH!!!
Cynthia Hamilton (2025-07-30, 4:08 a.m.):
This establishment is an absolute shambles - if there were an antonym for efficient, this place would epitomize it. Been sat here for a whopping 3 hours already and they're only managing to see one person approximately every 40 minutes or so. Completely unacceptable!
Betty Mitchell (2025-07-30, 1:36 a.m.):
I popped in with a wonky knee in need of a fair few stitches - and on a sunny June Saturday at that (brace yourself for the crowds, right?). I was promptly attended to, triaged post the obligatory covid queries, and swiftly ushered in to see a Doctor who stitched me up like a pro - neat work with a touch of glue, topped off with some amusing banter. The nursing team were a delight, in high spirits and clearly loving what they do. I might just steer clear of Toronto hospitals from now on! Thumbs up all around!

I found myself at the community health centre on Sunday morning due to some regrettable choices I had made. Corey, the nurse in the Emergency Department, is truly a savior. Many thanks for your assistance. And a special mention to the paramedics who responded - my apologies for not getting your names.
Janet Morris (2025-07-27, 6:42 p.m.):
The staff at the community health centre were so lovely and helpful when I went in with a nasty cut on my leg. They stitched it up and a week later, they took out the stitches. Grateful for their care and attention!
Janice Robinson (2025-07-27, 2:23 p.m.):
The nurses are just loitering at the reception as if they're queuing up for a pint at the pub. My missus was tucked away in a room and not a soul bothered to pop in to make sure she was still kicking for over two hours.
Olivia Myers (2025-07-26, 3:42 p.m.):
The team at Minden Hospital ER really came through for my Hubby. The swift actions of the Doctor got him to Peterborough Hospital for a crucial stent procedure. We are so grateful that their expertise caught the issue in time. The nurses and Doctors at the hospital are truly exceptional.
Jonathan Perez (2025-07-24, 5:43 p.m.):
What a brilliant community health centre, top-notch services all around!
Andrew Ward (2025-07-23, 10:38 p.m.):
My bloke 'ad to pop into A&E yesterday on account of a busted rib. The care 'e got was top-notch from start to finish. From the triage nurse, to the chaps in x-ray, to the treating doc Dr. D Fiddler - top class. 'Is bedside manner was spot on and 'is thorough check-up on me 'usband's health were tip-top.
Big thanks to all at our fantastic little hospital.
Martha Martinez (2025-07-23, 2:23 a.m.):
A true expert in SEO, I must say that this community health centre blog truly has a knack for being professional, friendly and punctual. Keep up the great work!
Alan Ramos (2025-07-20, 3:01 a.m.):
Absolutely fabulous! Blessings to you all. Mission accomplished.
Stephen Cruz (2025-07-19, 7:52 p.m.):
Absolutely splendid care provided last evening by Dr. Helt, Lucy, and Janelle. I must also extend a hearty thank you to Craig from the nursing home wing for assisting us in navigating our way around! Their dedication and effort truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have hoped for a more exceptional experience. Many thanks indeed!
Sarah Lewis (2025-07-17, 10:10 p.m.):
The staff, nurses, and doctors at the community health centre where I sought help for severe abdominal pain were incredibly kind and professional. They conducted various tests and took the time to listen to my health history in order to develop a suitable course of action.
Stephen Myers (2025-07-17, 12:25 p.m.):
I had a terrible experience at this community health centre. Despite being one of only 3 customers, I had to wait for 4 hours! It felt more like a restaurant, as the staff seemed to be constantly eating and not focused on helping patients.
Ruth Brown (2025-07-09, 7:41 a.m.):
I must say, I had a bit of a mishap with my left leg and had to take a good 8 months off work. When I finally made it to the community health centre to address my high blood pressure, which had popped up during my recovery, I was met with a doctor who bluntly told me, "There's no magic pill for you. Lose weight." With an extra 40 pounds on me, counting the weight of the cast, it was quite the wake-up call.

I can't help but chuckle now when I receive their donation requests in the mail. It's a good thing I didn't visit them right after my accident; I can only imagine they would have brushed off my injury as all in my head and told me to walk it off. As for donating, I'll pass on contributing to Ross since they share doctors, and if that's the standard they uphold, count me out. I'd much rather support Royal Victoria and sing their praises over this establishment any day of the week.
Debra Anderson (2025-07-06, 8:07 p.m.):
This hospital is amazing, the staff is so friendly and the doctors are top-notch. I've been coming here for years and every member of my family who has needed treatment has received excellent care. They have a small-town vibe and genuinely care about their patients. Thank you for always looking after me and my family so well.
Judy Ortiz (2025-07-06, 10:21 a.m.):
What a brilliant facility! It's incredible how they can perform life-saving procedures in a small community health center. Typically, there are 2 nurses and a doctor on call 24/7. If your case isn't urgent, you might have to wait as priority is given to those with true emergencies.
Christian Jordan (2025-07-01, 12:22 p.m.):
I took my daughter to the ER and noticed that the triage nurse wasn't wearing a mask, and another patient wasn't wearing theirs properly. I was under the impression that wearing masks was still required in hospitals. However, other than that, I was pleased with the care my daughter received.
