I am jolly pleased to have crossed paths with Dr. Tim and receive his top-notch care. I reckon I will be a loyal patient of his for the long haul now. I've always been quite active, getting massages and stretching regularly, but for some reason, my body just wasn't feeling tip-top. I had a spot of bother with some pain and booked an appointment with the first chiropractor I could find in Orillia, what a blunder. Right at the start of the appointment, they asked me, "Would you rather have a quick fix that will only bring back the same issue or a more long-lasting solution?" They then persuaded me to go for x-rays and said I needed to attend an hour-long information session. When I declined, they sent me an email about my next appointment stating I had to watch a one-hour video before I could come in. I wish they had mentioned this before my initial appointment as I wouldn't have wasted $180 - a real shame. They mentioned that my next appointment would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours long.

I will be honest; I was not expectin' the results to be as good and as quick too. My mudder convinced me to see Dr. Tim as she 'ad such a good experience. I was 'avin quite a bit of lower back pain so fought I would give it a try.
The experience is nuffin' like I've 'ad before with other chiropractors. Not only did they take x-rays to find out wot condition me back was in, but also educated me on wot stage it was at, 'ow chiropractic care works to 'elp me condition and about subluxations. I was then given the plan of 'ow I would be treated & documented exercises to do that would 'elp me progress. I felt very empowered by the whole process & I look forward to the review of me progress. Me 'usband 'as also started to be treated by Dr. Tim.
I then started bringing me disabled brother who 'ad never been to a chiropractor and 'as mobility issues. Fortunately the chiropractic table 'as a feature that it can be put in a vertical position that makes it much easier with 'is special needs. Once 'e's standing on it, it is then lowered to the 'orizontal position. Dr. Tim 'as been extremely patient, gone out of 'is way to be accommodating, connected with 'im and 'elped 'im feel safe.
The staff are warm and friendly and make you feel very welcome. It is especially heartwarming with me brother because they are so good with 'im.
I've never felt so comfortable and in such good 'ands and I'm thoroughly enjoying me experience at Grace Chiropractic.
