I had a massage last week. It was mostly a good experience, but it only lasted 49 minutes (I paid $90 for a 60-minute session). The masseuse explained that she usually ends a few minutes early for first-time clients. It was a bit strange, to be honest.

I 'ave been receivin' top-notch care from Dr. Staffen and 'is Office Staff since 1996. I first sought chiropractic treatment due to neck issues, followed by several tumbles over the years. But I can now attest that this form of care, when received regularly, can 'elp with many problems you might not even be aware of unless ya inquire (like allergies for instance). Dr. Staffen and 'is staff also consistently promote a positive lifestyle by sharin' various ideas on nutrition, positivity, and they clearly live by these principles each day. Lastly, they go out of their way to accommodate each patient's schedule. Can't praise 'em enough - they are simply superb!

I've been seein' Dr. Staffen for chiropractic services for about a year and a 'alf, and 'e is 'ands down the best. I 'ad a terrible experience with a different chiropractor and was scared to try it again, but I'm glad I did. Aside from Dr. Staffen bein' fantastic 'imself, all of the staff are absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoy my weekly appointments and gettin' to 'ave a quick chat with everyone! They genuinely care about every single person who comes through their doors.

One of the things that surprised me the most was 'ow personable Dr. Staffen and the staff are. I don't know 'ow they do it with seein' so many people in just a single day, but they remember everything. My partner 'ad been goin' for chiropractic care as well and at one of my appointments, Dr. Staffen asked me 'ow my partner's rock climbin' trip went on the past weekend. I was shocked - it's the little things like this that prove that they truly care.

I could go on and on about 'ow amazin' this office is, from the free tea cart they 'ave, the gift baskets/raffles they do durin' holidays for charity, to the incredible amount of services that they offer... Seriously, 12/10 exceeded my expectations.

The only hiccup was during my initial massage where she wrapped it up after 45 minutes, citing a policy for all first-time clients. What didn't sit well with me was the presence of anti-vaccination reading materials in the waiting room. These are chiropractors, not medical professionals. It's highly unprofessional and risky to have misleading information on the supposed dangers of vaccinations in a healthcare setting.

It's truly concerning to see them spread unsubstantiated claims that go against scientific consensus to their clients, especially considering their lack of qualifications in the field of vaccinations. Using "informed consent" as an excuse no longer holds water in the face of the widespread issue of anti-vaxxers.

Furthermore, the waiting area and massage room were saturated with Doterra essential oils, a multi-level marketing scheme that raises red flags. The company touts their oils as "certified pure therapeutic grade," a term they've trademarked which isn't regulated by the FDA. They also promote unsafe practices like ingesting the oils, which has been linked to liver damage.

I won't be making a return visit.
