They dedicate time to listen and even work on their days off. Their advice is tough but necessary. The nursing team provides exceptional care and the food is top-notch, a solid 5 STAR experience! Helen was truly exceptional in her approach with my partner, showing genuine empathy towards our situation. The staff I spoke with were wonderful and connected me with Helen. The rest, as they say, is history.
My partner speaks highly of his counselors, Glen and James, and found the entire staff to be kind-hearted, which is why we are contemplating this center for my partner's brother. With two years of sobriety under his belt, my partner's progress is a powerful motivator for us to encourage his brother to seek help. Seeing that Helen is still part of the team brings us comfort. It's disheartening to witness the treatment of individuals and families, and the lack of transparency regarding the actual reality of the experience. Being ejected from the facility when you're hours away from your family or home, only to have loved ones informed and then face difficulties in bringing you back, is truly distressing. The pre-dating of medications that cause further harm adds to the ongoing ordeal. This situation feels like a relentless punishment. Our expectations have not been met.
